Lots of homework tonight!

Vocabulary: Please write the part of speech next to each definition for your vocabulary words
Spelling: take your words (liberties) drop off the ies and add the y (liberty)
Grammar: Adverb puzzle

Be thinking about how you will dress for our famous Iowan speeches.

No homework tonight!

NIACC representatives were here to day to teach us about starting our own businesses when we grow up. We will be going to NIACC to continue Entrepreneur for a Day in a couple of weeks.

Some kids didn't finish their pb pages from last week. They can work on those tonight. pb139, pb141-142

TEST tomorrow: We have a lot of units that are coming to an end tomorrow, so we don't have to remember to study over the LONG weekend. Please study tonight for spelling and vocabulary tests. We also have a capitalization test tomorrow. There are notecards that were made today for the vocabulary and capitalization tests.


Both of the these homework items were to finished with a partner in class. However, if they weren't finished, one of the partners had to take it home to complete it.
