Tuesday: vocabulary test
We will presenting our grammar projects this week. We will spend a couple of days studying for the BIG parts of speech test. The test will be Friday or Monday.
We will be reading our last story in the reading series this week. Starting next week we will move on to a novel unit.

Tomorrow we start MAP testing in reading! Please encourage your child to forth their very best effort during the test!

Homework for tonight: Keep reading 20 minutes per night
Those with a comma packet need to finish it.
If you have a rewrite for either of your writing assignments last week, they need to be turned in tomorrow.
Last book order of the year is due Wednesday.
New spelling words came out today, the tests will be next Monday and Tuesday.
All summer school notes need to be returned ASAP or you can expect a phone call from your lovely fifth grade teachers :) We just need to know one way or the other for our final count.
