Gone on Monday and Tuesday

My grandmother passed away this weekend, so I will be gone on Monday and Tuesday.  If you need anything, please contact Ms. Bram or Mrs. Mick.  You can also send me an email, I'll check that both Monday and Tuesday evening.

We started our day with an assembly to review our PBIS expectations.  The kids have done a good job with these rules, but they need a reminder after such a long break!

RC quiz #8 was due by the end of the day yesterday.  Remember, the kids who are behind in their 2 book per month requirement, will have to stay in for recess and read to get caught up.  20 minutes of night time reading per day is required as homework for reading.

We worked on poetry writing stations today, so there is no homework other than to read!

The kids had a quiz over the 6 parts of speech today.  They will be getting them back tomorrow.  The hardest thing for the kids (dealing with parts of speech) is remember the ones that we are "done" with!  We're working on that!

Our spelling test will be Thursday this week, as will our vocabulary test.
