Our grade will be taking several tests this week to help us determine what reading level the kids are performing at. FAST fluency, and FAST a reading tests, as well as SRI. Each of these tests tell us something about how the kids are reading, and what we need to be teaching them in order to help their reading levels go up. We'll go over these results and discuss them with you at our first set of conferences. Our first conference is during the first week of October! You'll have a chance to visit with both Ms. Bram and myself at these conferences.
