Today is our last day of MAP testing for the year.  We will have a shortened schedule again today, in order to accommodate that testing.

The kids brought home a note yesterday regarding our field trip next Wednesday.  We will be going to Des Moines to an event called Exercising your Character.  It combines having good character traits, with the  importance of keeping healthy through exercise.  Famous Iowan athletes will be there to talk to our kids about both.  This is ALWAYS a terrific experience for the 5th graders.  There will be thousands of other fifth graders from around the state participating with us.  The kids will be getting tshirts to wear that day.  The event also provides lunch for us, so don't worry about sending a sack lunch.  We would like to be ON the bus by 8:00, so please be sure to be here on time next Wednesday.
