Back to school

Welcome to 5th grade! I am looking forward to a GREAT year full of learning and excitement. 5th grade is one of the most exciting years that your child will have. It is the first big step towards independence. Students will no longer be staying in one room for the majority of their day. They won't keep their things in a desk! They will be keeping everything in their lockers and traveling from room to room for classes! This blog will be where I will keep you updated. You may check this site for daily announcements and assignments. You can also sign up for an RSS feed so that you can be notified when new announcements are posted. Once you belong to this blog, you can feel free to comment on any post that I leave, or others leave. This will help us in staying in touch. Communication is the key to a great year.
