Spelling words came out today as well.  The pretest is tomorrow, and the test will be on Tuesday.

Lots of kids have their names on the board right now because they are behind in RC quizzes. Number 16 was due yesterday.  This is a part of their grade.  They need to remember to keep reading each night!

Track and field day is Thursday.  Our meet is in the morning, and we will be watching the little kids in the afternoon.  The kids can not have concessions until after they have run all of their events.  They can also buy treats in the afternoon, if they'd like to bring a couple of dollars.

Thursday, May 26th, the 5th graders have earned a movie party.  They are able to bring a drink and small snack.  They earned this because they won the Pennies for Patients contest last month.  They have chosen to watch Space Jam.

Friday, the last day of school, the kids need to bring a sack lunch.  We will be having a working morning, and the afternoon will be spent eating our lunch, and playing a kickball tournament with the whole 5th grade.
